Alex Barker is a native Washingtonian who has made his career in the District focusing on single-family and multi-family residential architecture in both historic and non-historic districts. His knowledge of the D.C. approval process and his technical expertise result in drawing sets that are quickly permitted and used as accurate construction documents. Alex has designed and led projects of all sizes, from historic small single-family additions to the recent completion of a $56M 107,000 square foot medical school. His design abilities, team leadership and technical knowledge has resulted in a consistent output of award-winning projects that are delivered on time and on budget.
